The total cost for a standard hall hire is £400. Plus a refundable £100 security deposit.

Yes – a £100 booking deposit is required to reserve the date if the event is more than 6 months in the future.

The balance – including the security deposit (£400) – is required six months before the event or, if booking within the coming six months, at the point of booking.

The £100 deposit is required at the time of booking if 6 months away from the booking date. 

If the booking date is within 6 months then the full balance of £500 is due immediately.

Payment for the hall hire can be made with cash, card or direct bank transfer (Please inform us if you wish to pay via direct bank transfer so we can arrange for our bank details to be sent).

Payment in person at the bar can only be made when the bar is open.

Self-catering is permitted in some cases.

Please note: There is absolutely NO kitchen access available to hirers (or outside caterers). With a self-catering hire, you only have access to the hall with tables upon which you can put your own catering.
